Book a bazaar stall at the venue during the festival weekend
If you would like to have a bazaar at the venue during the weekend, please contact us. The prices for a stall is for the whole weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
When you have booked and paid your bazaar, please send us a picture so we can make your bazaar visible on our facebook site where you are welcome to promotewhat you are selling etc.
If you wish further PR it is possible to buy an advertisement in the printed programme or become a sponsor by donating prizes to the competition. Bazaar stalls who sponsor a competition prize (minimum value DKK 300 (€40)) will be mentioned in the printed festival programme, on our Facebook page and website free of charge.

Small bazaar stall DKK 1000 (€135): Includes 2 tables and entry for one person.
Large bazaar stall DKK 1250 (€165): Includes 4 tables and entry for one person.
Extras in Bazaar per person DKK 500 (€67). Small bazars maximum of one extra assistant. Large bazaars maximum of two extra assistants. If more assistants are required they must pay a full audience ticket (DKK 750).

If you book after 1 October, a further 50 DKK (€7) will be added to the amounts above.

Danish Open Bellydance Bazaar

Every year you will of course find the Danish Open Bellydance bazaar with our festival T-shirts and training tops. It is also possible to support the festival by becoming a supporting member of Danish Open Bellydance.
